# Lifecycle emails

> Timed nudges that keep learners moving — never spam, never silence.

Campus sends email at the right moments, not on a fixed drip.

* **Sign-in codes** — every sign-in is a one-time code; there are no passwords.
* **Cohort invitations** — sent when a trainer is ready, decoupled from adding someone to the cohort.
* **Between-session nudges** — based on the learning rhythm you pick during onboarding.
* **Assessment & credential notices** — when an exam is ready or a credential is earned.

Emails are composed by the AI layer and localized to your language — informal **du** in German. You control your rhythm during [onboarding](/docs/en/introduction/getting-started); trainers manage cohort invitations from the [cohort dashboard](/docs/en/trainers/cohorts).
