# Getting started

> Sign in, accept your cohort invitation, and finish onboarding in under five minutes.

This guide walks you through your first sign-in. If you have already onboarded, skip to [Courses & lessons](/docs/en/learners/courses).

## Before you start

You need:

* An invitation email from Agile Academy, **or** a 6-digit invite code your trainer shared in the live session.
* A working email account you can check in the next few minutes — Campus uses one-time codes, not passwords.

## Step 1 — Sign in

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Campus">
    Go to <a href="https://campus.agile-academy.com">campus.agile-academy.com</a>. If your invitation email contains a direct link, use that — it skips a step.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your email">
    Use the same email address that received the invitation. Campus is case-insensitive, but a typo will create a separate account, so paste rather than retype.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter the 6-digit code">
    Check your inbox for a message from Agile Academy with a 6-digit code. Codes expire after a short window — request a new one if it does not arrive within a minute.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  We do not use passwords. Every sign-in is a fresh one-time code. If you change devices, sign in again — your progress is tied to your account, not your browser.
</Note>

## Step 2 — Join your cohort

There are two ways into a cohort:

* **Email invitation** — the link in the email auto-attaches you when you sign in.
* **6-digit invite code** — your trainer shares this in the live session. Enter it on the "Join a cohort" screen.

If you ended up in the wrong cohort, ask your trainer — they can move you. Cohort membership controls which courses and live sessions you see.

## Step 3 — Onboarding

The first time you land on the dashboard, Campus runs a short onboarding flow:

1. Confirm your name and how you want Henrik to address you.
2. Tell Henrik a little about your role and goals — this personalises suggestions for the duration of your cohort.
3. Pick a learning rhythm (Henrik uses this to nudge you between live sessions).

You can skip any step. None of it is locked behind onboarding — you can come back and edit your profile later.
