# Subprocessors

> The providers Campus relies on, what they receive, and where they process data.

We work with a small set of subprocessors, each engaged under appropriate data-processing terms. The list below names each provider, what it receives, where it processes data, and links to its Data Processing Agreement and GDPR information.

## Legal and assurance

* Our privacy policy is published in [English](https://www.agile-academy.com/en/privacy-policy/) and [German](https://www.agile-academy.com/de/datenschutz/).
* A signed Data Processing Agreement, this subprocessor list, and our responses to standard security questionnaires are available.
* We work with an external Data Protection Officer.
* For German works councils, we are glad to walk through logging, retention, and confidentiality.
