• Cohort pinboard — every cohort dashboard now has a pinboard where trainers and participants share with the group. Drop files (PDF, Office files, images, text) straight onto the card, paste a link — it picks up the page’s title, description and preview image automatically — or write a note. Paste a link with your own words around it and they become your comment on it, and you can add a note to anything you shared later. You can remove your own items at any time; trainers can tidy up and reorder the whole board. Henrik knows what’s on the pinboard too, so you can ask him for a shared link or resource.

New features

• Organizations — Campus now supports organization accounts for companies running in-house training: people can belong to an organization, and it can be administered as a unit.
• Custom roles & granular permissions — build roles from fine-grained permissions and give each person exactly the access they need, instead of a single all-or-nothing admin switch. You can also fine-tune an individual’s access on top of their roles.
• Scoped access — a role can apply platform-wide or be limited to a single organization, cohort, or course, so access always matches responsibility.
• Organization administration — organization leads and HR can manage their organization’s members and cohorts and follow their people’s learning progress, all scoped to their own organization.
• Cohort staff managed from roles & permissions — a cohort’s trainers are assigned through the same roles & permissions tools as everyone else, and the trainer shown on the cohort, in invitations, and as the certificate signer always reflects the current assignment.

• Edit agents in chat — ask Henrik to refine an existing agent and he can apply the change directly: sharpen its persona prompt, rename it, or add, change, and remove routines. No more copy-pasting suggestions into the agent’s page yourself.

Improvements

• Henrik knows the connector catalog — Henrik is now aware of every app your agents can connect to, so he can tell you what’s available and suggest the right connections while designing an agent with you.
• A focused set of connectors — the connector list now concentrates on a handful of popular apps to try (GitHub, Slack, Notion, Linear, Miro, Firecrawl, Zapier), each with a short description of what it’s for, so picking the right connection is quicker. Zapier bridges to thousands of further apps. Already-connected apps keep working as before.
• Clearer agent creation — the create flow now clearly separates what’s required (name and persona) from what’s optional (schedule, connections), explains that the persona describes who the agent is while the concrete job lives in routines, and offers one-click schedule presets including weekly and monthly. Everything optional can be added or changed later on the agent’s page.
• Email enabled from the start — every new agent now comes with its own email address ready to use: email the agent to start a run, and it can email you back.
• Edit name and persona on Overview — an agent’s name and persona are now edited right on its Overview tab, where you read them. The Settings tab keeps administrative actions.

Bug fixes

• Connecting apps to agents — connecting an app to an agent could end on the wrong page for some apps. The connection flow now completes reliably.
• Henrik’s agent edits show up immediately — when Henrik creates or updates an agent for you, the page reflects the change right away, no reload needed.
• Your Henrik conversation survives reloads — refreshing the page no longer starts a new conversation; Henrik picks up right where you left off. Refreshing an agent page also keeps you on the section you were viewing.
• Reply to your agent’s emails — when an agent emails you, replying now goes to the agent itself and continues the same session, so you can have a back-and-forth over email instead of each reply starting from scratch.

• Language switch on the security & privacy page — the page now has an EN · DE toggle, and its language can be set from the link itself, so a link you share opens in the language you intended.

• Henrik sidebar — Henrik moved from a floating chat window into a sidebar on the right that’s open by default and never covers your lesson content. Collapse it to a slim rail with one click and bring it back just as easily, and drag its edge to make it as wide or narrow as you like. Your conversation stays with you as you navigate between pages until you start a new one, and you can switch between past conversations right in the sidebar via its history view. On the dashboard, the sidebar replaces the previous Henrik panel; on small screens Henrik opens as a full-height drawer.

Bug fixes

• Reliable navigation around the chat page — visiting the chat page could break other pages until a full reload. Moving between chat and the rest of Campus works reliably again.

New features

• Weekly & monthly routines — when you set up an agent routine you can now choose how often it runs: daily, weekly on the weekdays you pick, or monthly on a day of your choice. This works both when creating an agent and when adding routines later, and Henrik can set them up for you too.
• Multi-file upload with drag & drop — add several files to your agent’s workspace at once, by picking them or dragging them onto the files area. The maximum size per file is shown up front, files that are too large are skipped with a note, and if an upload fails you see which file and why.

Improvements

• Edit your GitHub connection — change the connected repository or rotate the access token directly from the agent’s connections list, without disconnecting first. Leaving the token field empty keeps the current token.

Bug fixes

• GitHub repository links — when connecting a repository to an agent, you can now paste any common GitHub link (a deep link to a branch or file, a clone URL, or a link without https://) and Campus figures out the repository. Agents whose saved repository link was in one of these formats save reliably again.

New features

• Agents documentation — a new Agents page explains the invite-only Agents beta: building a personal AI agent (with Henrik or manually), daily routines, connecting your own tools, email and Slack channels, files, and memory. The Integrations and AI & data pages have been updated to reflect the beta. Design your own AI agent right inside a lesson.

• Agent Design Canvas — lessons can now include an interactive canvas where you design your own AI agent: purpose, trigger, inputs, action plan, output, and optional deeper fields. Your entries save automatically and follow you across lessons and devices. You can copy the finished canvas as Markdown, and Henrik knows what’s on your canvas, so you can think the design through with him and have him create the agent when you’re ready.
• Playground — the Agents area now lives in a new Playground section in the main navigation, the home for hands-on AI tools, with more to come.

• Split training dates & times — a training no longer has to be a single unbroken block. Trainers can set individual training days (for example two days in one week and two more a fortnight later) and give each day its own start and end time. The dates and times show up in the invitation email and on the participant dashboard, labelled with the training timezone (Central European Time).

• Clearer library access hints — the hover on a course now explains plan-based access in plainer language.

• Correct training dates in every timezone — cohort dates now display the right day everywhere regardless of your timezone, instead of occasionally showing the day before.

• Community access control — the community can now be switched on or off per cohort or per participant, the same way Henrik and the certification exam are managed.
• Full course catalog — your courses page now shows the whole catalog. Courses in your plan open as usual; the rest appear as locked “premium” courses, so you can always see what’s available and how to unlock it. Each course also shows how long you have it — lifetime, until a date, or in your library — and, where we know it, the hover explains why (for example, from a cohort you took part in).

• Cohort start & end dates — you can now type a full year (e.g. 2026) into a cohort’s training dates; the field no longer cuts you off after the first digit.

• Per-course language (EN/DE) — pick a language per course with a switcher on the course page. Progress is shared across languages, so switching never loses your place; it only changes which lessons count toward 100%.
• Admin progress dashboards — new platform, course, and user progress views for superadmins, with per-language splits.
• Member export — copy participant emails, copy as a spreadsheet, or download a CSV from a cohort’s member list.

• Onboarding suggestions hardened — the prompt that drives onboarding suggestions is now looked up server-side, and the request aborts cleanly when a participant skips a step. No more half-finished suggestions appearing after a skip.
• Shared cohort-context query — the cohort-context assembly used by Henrik and admin views is now a single shared query with a collision-proof hash, reducing duplicate work on hot paths.

Bug fixes

• /aa-certificate SSR crash — pdfjs-dist no longer crashes during server rendering. The certificate page now loads cleanly on first paint.

• 6-digit invite codes — trainers can share a short code in the live session. Adding a participant to a cohort and sending them an invitation are now decoupled — pre-load the roster without firing off emails, then invite when ready.
• “Already earned” notice on credentials — participants who already hold a credential from a prior cohort see a clear notice and are offered a practice retake instead of a duplicate certificate.

• Default exam type for credentials — new credentials default to a sensible exam type so trainers spend less time in the config screen.

• Sign-in request vs verify code flow — fixed a mismatch between the request-code and verify-code paths and corrected the email template/body that confused some participants.
