Campus is the integrated learning platform for Agile Academy: course management, cohort-based live training, AI coaching (Henrik), assessments, and lifecycle emails in one Next.js application. It ships in English and German (informal du).

Courses & lessons

Courses map to Agile Academy trainings and group lessons into phases that unlock over time. Lessons are text + media, reflection prompts, assessments, or live-session links. Progress is derived from what you have done, and is shared across languages — you pick a language per course, and switching only changes which lessons count toward 100%.

Henrik, the AI coach

Henrik is embedded throughout Campus. It runs in modes (guide, sparring, exam, unchained), reacts to the language you write in, can read the current lesson or module (unlocked content only), and accepts voice input. It never reveals locked content.

Assessments & credentials

Courses can finish with an exam: a Certificate (30 questions) or a lighter Award (10 questions), both passing at 70%. Exams are gated until lessons are complete. Passing issues a downloadable credential under Profile → Certificates.

Cohorts (for trainers)

A cohort is a group on a shared schedule. Trainers create cohorts, add participants (bulk email or 6-digit code), schedule live sessions, and review progress — including platform-wide and per-language progress dashboards and member export.

Security

Phase gating is a security boundary: locked content never reaches the AI. Permissions are two-layered (global + per cohort). Data and auth run on Supabase. For full details, follow the links in each tab.
